Our Position

Every design created by Atelier d'Amélie is the result of genuine, human creative work — hand-set letterpress, hot foil, hand-mixed ink, and hours of personal design time spent on each individual commission. This craftsmanship, and the intellectual property it produces, is not available for use in training artificial intelligence systems, nor for automated scraping, reproduction, or replication of any kind.

This Policy governs how third parties (including AI systems and crawlers) may interact with content on this website. Separately, clients who commission custom work from Atelier d'Amélie agree to specific restrictions on the use of AI tools in connection with their commissioned designs, as outlined in the signed Commission Agreement for their project.

What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to all original content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Design work, layouts, and creative concepts

  • Photography of commissioned pieces

  • Written content, including page copy and descriptions

  • Branding elements, including our name, logo, and visual identity

Prohibited Uses

We expressly prohibit the following, without prior written consent:

  • Use of any content from this website to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models

Technical Measures

In addition to this written policy, we have taken technical steps to request that known AI crawlers do not access this website, in accordance with the Robots Exclusion Protocol (robots.txt). While we recognize that not all automated systems honor these requests, this policy serves as an explicit, formal notice of our position regarding the use of our content.

Enforcement

Atelier d'Amélie reserves all rights to pursue appropriate legal remedies in the event of unauthorized use of our intellectual property, including but not limited to use in AI training datasets.
