FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. I work with clients around the world. For international orders, please note that customs processing can add time beyond standard delivery — I'd recommend reaching out as early as possible so we can plan your timeline accordingly.

Finished suites will be shipped directly to you as one package — international shipping costs are calculated based on destination and included in your quote.

1

Do you offer rush orders?

Depending on my current availability, yes. Please reach out as soon as possible so I can confirm whether a rush timeline is feasible, and discuss any expedited production fees involved.

2

Is there a minimum order?

Yes — commissions begin at 25 invitations (addresses, not guests). If your guest count falls below that, I'm still happy to discuss what's possible.

3

Do you only design for weddings?

4

Weddings are my specialty, but I also create bespoke stationery for other meaningful occasions — anniversaries, showers, and other celebrations. Reach out and let's talk about your vision.

What if I don't know which paper or printing method I want yet?

5

That's completely normal, and part of what our conversation is for. Every form includes a "Not sure yet — let's discuss" option — I'll guide you through the choices based on your vision, budget, and the story you're telling.

How far in advance should I reach out?

6

As early as possible — ideally at least 4 to 6 months before you need finished pieces in hand, especially for letterpress, foil, or fully custom work, which require more lead time than digital printing.

Do you offer envelope addressing?

7

Yes — both printed and hand-calligraphy addressing are available as part of your commission.

Will the colors match exactly what I see on my screen?

8

Colors can vary slightly from monitor to monitor due to differences in screen calibration. While I take great care to match your approved proof as closely as possible, slight variation between digital and printed color is a normal part of the printing process.

For letterpress pieces specifically, the ink is hand-mixed for each print run rather than digitally matched — this is part of what gives letterpress its warmth and character, but it also means slight variation between batches is normal and expected.

What if there's a mistake in my final proof?

9

I carefully proofread every piece, but the final approval is always yours — please review your proof closely, especially names, dates, and spelling, before signing off. Once approved, your proof becomes the final word — I print exactly what you've signed off on. Corrections discovered after approval require a new production run — covering materials, plates, and press time — invoiced separately from the original commission.

What's your return or refund policy?

10

Because every piece is custom-made specifically for you, returns and exchanges aren't possible. If your plans change before production begins, our refund and cancellation policies for various scenarios are clearly defined within your commission agreement.
